Day 20180912 Walk

Weight 259 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Simple day. Walked around Walmart waiting for my suburban to get an oil change. Walked around Buford while the kids were at church youth group. The tracking on my phone stopped working a couple times.

My weight loss is really slowing down. When I was in college I did one meal a day for a month and lost a bunch of weight. Considering that as a strategy to keep the weight coming off.

Have an appointment with a podiatrist Monday for my right foot. Getting painful to walk. Have a serious case of plantar fasciitis for the last year and it has never gone away.
