Week 08 to 12 266 to 262 Jan 20 to Feb 12

I worked out 8 of the last 12 days. Planet Fitness and the basement. Not sure about calories. I was off program for about 3.5 weeks. Not sure about blood glucose readings. I didn't eat a bunch of junk food though.

My weight stayed in the mid-260s while I was off program and within about a week of trying to get back on program I hit 262.3
