Day 20180908 Walk

 

Weight 261 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

I started out Saturday morning at 261.3 which I thought was good. I won’t be 258 Sunday morning, but I will be lower than the 265 which is where I started the week. I was hoping to lose another 7 pounds this week like all the other weeks, but it was not meant to be.

Breakfast has been the same for the last few days. Sausage patty with onion, egg and some cheese. Lunch was very small at Eli and Caleb’s birthday party. Dinner was huge celebrating their birthdays again and my brother Tim’s birthday. We drove to Roswell for the party at my parent’s house.

I didn’t have time today to do my 4 miles, so I did it after I got home from Roswell this late evening. I got back from my walk at 10:35 PM and I am logging my day before bed.

So far I have not missed my daily miles since I started. Tomorrow is week FIVE and I will be walking five miles each day.
