My thoughts

I got down to 244 in early October 2024 and then tried wearing some new shoes from REI which caused my Achilles tendon to become strained. I had walked a mile and immediately turned around when I felt the tendon begin to fail. I came straight back to my car, but it got much worse on the way back. This led to inflammation in and around my foot. The plantar fascia and the peroneal tendon became very painful over the next three months. Still hurting badly in early March 2025. Saw a foot doctor, but he was a flake—no help yet. Walking anyway to try and build back strength.

Also, Biceps feel greatly diminished. They were painful for 6 months and the pain has stopped but they look and feel smaller.

  • Meds:  Blood Pressure Meds. Diabetic Meds. Ozempic
  • Exercise: Walking. No Gym work yet
  • Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
