  • Tools: MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Weight Gurus, Google Fit
  • Meds:  Metabolism pills, vitamins, heart pills, blood pressure pills, bladder pills, cholesterol pills. Adding Zinc and a preworkout powder. Added a night time Magnesium powder. No Ozempic this week.
  • Exercise: Walking. No Gym work yet!
  • Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
  • Deadlines:
    • 244 minus 740 days = 170 (losing .7 lbs a week) acheiving my goals on October 9, 2026
