  • 73,928 steps for the week.
  • 10,561 steps per day average.
  • Tools: MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Weight Gurus, Google Fit
  • Meds:  Metabolism pills, vitamins, heart pills, blood pressure pills, bladder pills, cholesterol pills. Adding Zinc and a preworkout powder. Used Ozempic this week.
  • Exercise: Walking. No Gym work yet!
  • Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
  • Deadlines:
    • 245 minus 66 days = 170 (losing 7.9 lbs a week) Thanksgiving
    • 245 minus 93 days = 199 (losing 3.4 lbs a week) Christmas
    • 245 minus 159 days = 167 (losing 3.4 lbs a week) March 1, 2025
