Summary of the week (Sept 09-Sept 15) 

  • Added weight from 251.5 to 253.3
  • Added 1.8 lbs. in 7 days
  • 8,895 Calories for the Week is 1,270 average per day. 
  • 30.35 miles of walking for exercise. Total steps in general was 72,264 steps for the week. 10,323 steps per day.
  • Tools: MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Weight Gurus, Google Fit
  • Meds:  Metabolism pills, vitamins, heart pills, blood pressure pills, bladder pills, cholesterol pills. I used Ozempic this week.
  • Exercise: Walked 5 miles a day. No Gym work yet!
  • Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
  • Deadlines:
    • Adding weight means I will never meet my weight goals.

Mid-Week Updates:

  • 253.5 on the 10th.
  • 254.6 on the 14th.
  • 253.3 on the 15th.

My Comments: There is no reason to be gaining weight. I tripled my walking exercise and cut my calories by 20% and still gained weight. Odd. Weird. Very discouraging. How did I respond? I didn't take a single cheat bite or meal. I kept going. Next week I will lose over 7 pounds. I can't explain it. You just keep doing the right thing.
