  • 12.6 miles of walking for exercise. Total steps in general was 39,355 steps for the week. 5,622 steps per day.
  • Tools: MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Weight Gurus, Google Fit
  • Meds:  Metabolism pills, vitamins, heart pills, blood pressure pills, bladder pills, cholesterol pills. No Ozempic this week.
  • Exercise: Walking. No Gym work yet!
  • Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
  • Deadlines:
    • 251 minus 81 days = 199 (losing 4.5 lbs a week) Thanksgiving
    • 251 minus 108 days = 182 (losing 4.5 lbs a week) Christmas
