- Lost 2.8 lbs. in 7 days
- 10,026 Calories for the Week is 1,432 average per day.
- 18.89 miles of walking for exercise. Total steps in general was 51,444 steps for the week. 7,350 steps per day.
- Third week I was in Sandestin most of the time. I felt very bad. Muscles all hurt. Full body message helped for maybe 24 hours. No brain fog.
- I did two light gym days at the Effie Hotel in Sandestin
- Tools: MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Weight Gurus, Google Fit
- Meds: Metabolism pills, vitamins, heart pills, blood pressure pills, bladder pills, cholesterol pills. No Ozempic this week.
- Exercise: Walking. Light gym work 2 days.
- Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals.
- Deadlines:
- 256 minus 88 days = 221 (losing 2.8 lbs a week) Thanksgiving
- 256 minus 115 days = 210 (losing 2.8 lbs a week) Christmas
- 256 minus 151 days = 195 (losing 2.8 lbs a week) Feb 1, 2025
- 256 minus 240 days = 160 (losing 2.8 lbs a week) Goal Achieved by April 29, 2025
Mid-Week Updates:
- 258.8 on the 25th.
- 254.2 on the 30th.
- 256.0 on Sunday morning. I think it is held body weight which will drop off quickly. Next week I should be at least 5 lbs lost. Maybe 6 or 7.
- Sandestin was fun. 6 hours down with my dad, Robert Locke. Best trip we ever took together. Lots of fun.
- I walked a bunch the beginning of the week and plantar fasciitis took over so I stopped.
- Did two days of light gym work.
- Lots of chicken. Almost no red meat all week. Little bit of seafood.
- Back in Atlanta Thursday night late. Did nothing Friday and walked a bunch on Saturday.
