Summary of the week (Aug 18-25)
- Dropped from 262 to 257
- Lost 5.1 lbs. in 7 days
- 9,976 Calories for the Week is 1,425 average per day.
- 21.89 miles of walking for exercise. Total steps in general was 43,945 steps for the week. 6,278 steps per day.
- Second week I felt great. No brain fog and muscles and joints felt great.
- Was 262.6 on the 19th of August and 257.5 on Saturday the 24th.
- Tools: Metabolism pills, vitamins. Also using MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, an app connected to my scale called Weight Gurus and this website.
- Exercise: I am only walking. No gym yet.
- Food: Carnivore diet. I use sauses. I did not have any cheat meals. Closest thing to cheating is putting a pump of syrup in my sugar free coffee or tea.
- Deadlines: 238 until Easter 2025 and 270 until Madi's graduation.
- 257.5 minus 95 days = 188 (losing 5.1 lbs a week) Thanksgiving
- 257.5 minus 122 days = 168 (losing 5.1 lbs a week) Goal Achieved on Christmas Day!!!
Mid-Week Updates:
- 258.6 on the 20th after throwing up on the 19th and eating less than 400 calories. Walked only 650 steps for the whole day. Slept a bunch once I got home. Spent the morning launching a new presbytery in Greenwood PCA in S.C. with Seth Ye, Peter Waid, John Paul Mair and Mark Wright.
- 261.0 on the 21st.
- 258.3 on the 22nd.
- 257.5 on the 24th.
