Week 03 277 to 272 Dec 12 to Dec 17 -- Worked out 1 day
My first week was not well documented. I started out at the end of Thanksgiving week at my top weight around 290 to 295. I had Ozempic in the fridge that I wasn't taking and I was not doing any exercise at all. Zero. Maybe 1,500 steps per day. Sitting and hurting. Legs hurt, biceps hurt. Felt terrible.

My first weight check was the 12th at 277 and a week later I was 271. My weight loss slowed down to about .4 pounds a day after this first week.
That makes me believe my start weight was not 290, but closer to 283. My visit to the doctor on November 30th weighed me at 289.9. Not sure how that compares to my home scale when I am also not fully clothed.
The first week of eating only potatoes was easy. I added to much butter to each meal. I learned not to do that.
Calories my first four days were about 1,100 a day and that got down to about 700 a day without butter.
