I don’t think the above numbers are correct as I should have lost more weight than this. I did work out a couple times a day and this does not reflect what I think I understand about weightloss.

What’s my plan?

I plan to get healthy.

  • Exercise: Twice a day for 45 minutes. Once outside & once in the gym.

  • Schedule: Every day it is a little different.
  • Tools: Will be tracking with 75HARD, MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, InBody, Weight Gurus and this website.
  • Diet:
    • Gallon of water a day
    • 1,500 calories / day
    • No alcohol
    • No sugar
