Felt sorry for myself that I wasn’t losing weight. Made my mom’s spaghetti sauce and ate it all week. Luckily, I stayed the same weight these two weeks I was falling off the wagon.

(I started a five day fast Monday morning which was Oct 1st. and dropped 10 pounds in 7 days. I didn’t just get back on the wagon, I got on a rocket ship!)
