Weight 259 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
Spent 90 minutes playing 18 holes of Frisbee Golf with my good friend Tom Talen at East Roswell Park. Our phones both tried to track our walking in the woods and we added 3.6-3.7 miles to our daily totals. Awesome. Thanks to Tom for a great idea.
