Weight 260 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
Feeling very confident. High level of confidence in my goals and plans.
Five miles hurts the next morning. Muscles ache. Wondering if I will be able to get trail hardened without muscles aching. Problem is, next week is six miles a day and then seven miles a day until Christmas.
Considering a new plan if my body doesn't adapt.
I did sign up for a Half Marathon in March of 2019. Good to have this goal. Completing 13.1 miles Christmas morning will probably be done in sections. The March event is with others and will require me to be more fit because I will have to do all 13.1 miles all at once.
