Day 20180909 Walk

Weight 260 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

My body entered Ketosis last week. I know because I had the runs for a few days. Sorry for that TMI. On of the signs though that your body has switched from burning glucose to fat for energy.

I ate a good amount of crackers and cream cheese watching a movie with the family last night. Not a good start to the week. Need to hit the gym for an hour too. Feeling my arms and legs ache.

Attitude is good. Feel motivated and I am on track for another good week. No sugar cravings. Feel satiated. Content.

Five miles wasn't that bad. 😉
