Day 20180906 Walk

Weight 263 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

I am bewildered by my stagnate weight of 263. I've been that number since Sunday, which is five days ago. I've eaten about 1,350 calories per day and I've walked 4 miles per day. What is going on? Is my scale broken? Am I going to wake up 255 next week Monday? I have no clue what to make of my weight plateau.

Not really frustrated or discouraged. I've decided to smack it down with three days in a row under 500 calories. Let's see how long 263 can hold on!
