Day 20180905 Walk

Weight 263 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Ate a high carb protein bar for breakfast because I was late for work. Atlanta Bread Company for lunch. Omelette. For dinner I had an avocado with chopped onions and a few chips.

I've been stuck on 263 since Sunday morning. Weird. Just staying on the plan and trusting my endurance and strength is increasing each day regardless of the numbers.
