Day 20180831 Walk

Weight 265 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
I tried walking my 3 miles while waiting for my car to get fixed at Kauffman Tires, but my GPS stopped working. I could get it to work while walking one direction, but not when I did my return. I tracked 1.56 miles one way, and each time I had to turn around and walk back. That's 3.12 for the day. Not sure what's up with my phone, but it is seven years old which might be the problem.
So I ate a huge meal yesterday for breakfast, 820 calories, and then tried to do an intermittent fast for the rest of the day. Probably would have worked if I wasn't also walking 3+ miles in the heat of the day. Felt very edgy, jumpy and irritated. Ate some sliced turkey around a stick of cheese for dinner and that calmed me down. Also drank some of the vinegar and salt mix, but it was so gross I threw it out. Funny thing is, I dropped to 264.5 this morning. That's a few pounds less than yesterday morning, and no it isn't water weight. I lost 10 pounds of water weight the first week. Curious.
