Day 20180830 Walk

Weight 268 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Felt really good this morning. Didn't really eat yesterday evening and I slept great. Woke up and was down some more weight. Ate breakfast at 10:30 AM. Made fish with grilled onions over arugula. Super awesome. Ate dinner around 4:00 PM and it made me feel slow and lethargic. Weird. Not sure why.

Went for my walk at 7:30 PM, but it was super slow. I felt very slow. My body got energized around a mile and a half. Felt good from there.

Had my first Peanut Butter Keto Shake today. Was fairly good. Not amazing. Would rather have eaten eggs and an avocado or the fish meal again. Keto shake is below.
