Day 20180825 Walk

Weight 273 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Started Keto diet today. Went to Walmart and bought a bunch of stuff. Bacon, fish, eggs, sour cream, cream cheese, avocados, almond milk, heavy cream, etc. Ate my first breakfast and freaked out that it was so many calories. Then by the early evening I was drained. Keto flu has set in. I walked with Madison and Eli. They are what kept me going. Thanks kids. Feel lousy, but feel like I am winning, so I am going to keep going. Tonight I am having dinner at the Boyds. Need to be careful. I think I entered into ketosis this afternoon and I don't want to go through that again!
