Day 20180824 Walk
Weight 273 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
Dropped off Caleb to the Orthodontist at 2:00 PM and went for a quick 2 mile walk. Wasn't too warm. Right leg is still cramping up on the shin area. Makes me limp. Everything else is good. Looking forward to the 3 mile increase Sunday!
