Tried to run. Didn’t work. Too heavy. Need to be less heavy. Seriously! Crazy heavy right now. Exercised during the hottest part of the day. Still fell good. Walked out of the office and walked up Crabapple to the corner of Lebanon’s property. Took a left and went to the other side of the back entrance of the church and turned around. Came back as fast as I could. 1.17 miles to the back entrance from our office.
