Day 20180820 Walk

Weight 277 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Dropped off Eli at Chorus at 7:10 AM so I got to Roswell at 8:30. Went to Planet Fitness and did arms and full squats. Worked it hard for 25 minutes. Also did my walk, even though it was late at night. My whole body is starting to feel different. Much better. Good things are happening. Just need to stay on this train for 4 more months....how in the world can I make that happen?!?!?!  Here's hopin'
