Walk felt fine, but my right leg has a shin muscle that cramps up. Hurts. Mike Pfender stopped me to say congrats on meeting my goals. He is doing heavy bag work and running too. Maybe we can encourage each other to keep going.

I have lost some weight. Looking like there is progress despite my terrible calorie choices. Last 5 days my calories have averaged 2034 per day. That's not bad, but not low enough for weight loss.
