Day 20180816 Walk

Weight 284 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Walk felt awesome. Didn't do much jogging. Tried. Passed Kyler twice. Told him I was going to catch him someday. Food calorie intake was not low enough for weight loss. Ned to do something radical like pulling out sugar for a month or eating a Paleo diet. Tracking calories is going to help as it shows exactly when I am in victory lane or falling into the gutter.
