Test Run — Really a walk =)
Weight 291 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
Made my heart race, but seemed very easy. Considered adding a mile a week until I hit 4 miles a day, then adding half a mile a week. Still working this out. Maybe . . .
- Adding One Mile a week for 4 weeks. August 12-- September 8
- Adding a Half Mile a week for 8 weeks. September 9 -- November 3 and I will match Kyler Groves at 10 miles a day.
I've never run over 7 miles. I reached that level in my late college years and a few years following. Following this plan I will complete the distances below.
- 7 miles the first week. Then,
- 14 miles week two
- 21 miles week three
- 28 miles week four
That's the first month. Month two would be
- 31.5 miles week five
- 35 miles week six
- 38.5 miles week seven
- 42 miles week eight
Third month would be
- 45.5 miles week nine
- 49 miles week ten
- 52.5 miles week eleven
- 56 miles week twelve
Fourth month would be
- 59.5 miles week
- 63 miles week
- 66.5 miles week
- 70 miles week
