What's my plan?
I plan to get healthy.
- Exercise: Twice a day for 45 minutes. Once outside & once in the gym.

- Schedule: Every day it is a little different.
- Tools: Will be tracking with 75HARD, MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, InBody, Weight Gurus and this website.
- Diet:
- Gallon of water a day
- 1,500 calories / day
- No alcohol
- No sugar
Goals?
- 250 lbs. by June 1, 2022
- Be able to do wind sprints
- Get off my heart pressure meds
- Have a lap-band removed
