What's my plan?

I plan to get healthy.

  • Exercise: Twice a day for 45 minutes. Once outside & once in the gym.
  • Check-ins: Using the APP from 75 Hard which provides a daily checklist and progress photo -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.media44seven.seventyfivehard
  • Schedule: Every day it is a little different.
  • Tools: Will be tracking with 75HARD, MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, InBody, Weight Gurus and this website.
  • Diet:
    • Gallon of water a day
    • 1,500 calories / day
    • No alcohol
    • No sugar


  1. 250 lbs. by June 1, 2022
  2. Be able to do wind sprints
  3. Get off my heart pressure meds
  4. Have a lap-band removed
