This is the first week of walking. Started Sunday morning using my neighborhood and the one across the street. Together they total 3.35 miles. Leaving around 4:00 AM in the morning so that I can get back in time for a nap and then work. Worked really well. Listening to some podcasts and the Bible through my phone. Good use of time. So far so good.
