Weight 291 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
Produced, rendered and uploaded over 50 training videos within the last 48 ours. Only problem is I am sitting so much I can almost feel my muscles atrophy and my body age. It's freaking me out. I joined Planet Fitness, but it isn't enough to fix things. I have to have some goals which are easily measured and for which I can be accountable. One mile a week, then two miles a week, then three miles a week seems like a good idea. We'll see!
