Weight 265 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)
I was a third day at the same weight, 265, even though I was under 1,500 calories every day. So, I am not going to panic. The weight will come off, just not in equal amounts every day. Ate dinner at Red Robins and they had a burger with a thick lettuce in place of the bun. Awesome.
