Weight 272 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

I had an interesting day. Started out feeling really crappy. Muscle aches and unmotivated. Ate a very small breakfast. Lunch was after church and we had hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill at our home. Very good salad from the neighborhood dinner club Saturday night: spinah and feta with red grapes. I placed a huge piece of burger on the salad and ate it just like that. Then I ate another. So, so good. For dinner I ate two jalapeno string cheese sticks from Quick Trip. That was all my calories for the day.

Then add to that working out at Planet Fitness while the big boys were at church youth group and then doing my 3 mile walk. Yep. Three miles every day for this week. Going to be a challenge to find the time, but I did it today! Feel really good.
