Weight 283 (started August 12 at 291 lbs.)

Eli took me on a bike ride from our house to the Publix where we ate at McDonalds. For his birthday we bought Eli a red Gary Fisher mountain bike off Craigslist for $100. The chain needed some work, but Adventure Cycles got him up and running for only $25.

Our trip was about six mile round trip, and since biking and jogging are a 3/1 ratio, I am counting this as a 2 mile trip for my exercise journal.
