Weight 289 last night at 10:30 PM

Felt really good today on the road. Didn't like the way running felt. Too heavy. I could have walked another mile though. Also, the tracking software didn't pick up for at least a tenth of a mile.

I am going to start including a food category. I had a protein bar about 200 calories for breakfast. Two spoons of sugar in 38 ounces of coffee plus 3/4 cup of milk. Then I had two Gatorade during the afternoon. 130 calories each I think. For lunch I had the salad at Atlanta Bread Company with 2 little cups of vinaigrette. Ate a hamburger and onion rings from Steak and Shake on the way home, then two chicken tenders from Publix.
