Breakfast Winner Eggs Arugula Colby Cheese and Bacon

This is brilliant. Lots of fat to enhance the taste. Will make me very fully, almost too much. Could have shared this with a friend. Big meal.

Hey Tom, I am not really following any particular program. I’ve bought into the opinions of https://www.youtube.com/user/TheTdelauer and cut off most of my carbs and I am keeping my protein low. I think my body is making ketones for the first time in my life. I am in discovery and learning a new way to eat. There’s no book or plan. Watching YouTube videos and learning what foods have super low carbs then not adding tons of protein. Had to buy about a $100 of new foods. I’ll keep blogging about my choices, but no one is guiding me. I am under care of a doctor who took my blood and ran a bunch of tests and will do so again at the end of September. By the way, I dropped from 291 to 264 in 3 weeks!
